I highly recommend this entertaining, spooky and hilarious show. Jon Schnitzer is a gifted comedian regaling us with tales of some seriously scary stuff while also throwing in some bangin' one-liners: scary kids with crayons! It's not easy doing a musical when you are doing it with a cast of people. It's not easy doing a musical about a topic that all of us deal with so personally. But to do both in a way that is both entertaining and uplifting while still being relatable is a impossible task that Jasmine absolutely crushes. What stands out about this show is that while it is about a specific community (the deaf and HOH) it is so relatable to so many: the experience of existing between two worlds. A whirlwind! Holly does an amazing job of taking us through so many funny, poignant, thoughtful, and devastating moments using death and afterlife as a frame for her experiences.
