On the Line

Just. WOW! I can not say enough about this show. It is not easy to write about such a complicated, triggering subject matter with so much humor & heart. As a rape survivor myself, to catch myself laughing? And then welling up with tears by the end... this is easily the best stage production I've ever seen in regards to the survivors perspective, while also showing how commonplace this kind of thing has sadly become. Still resonating days later. I truly felt seen. Powerful! ... full review

The vocals are insane, with an all female cast! The music is phenomenal, and the story is the perfect mix of campy, dark, and fun. Easily one of the most entertaining and fiery shows at the festival this year!... full review

Three Eulogies for Tyson Miller

Heartbreaking! I’ve never seen a story told through this lens before. Invoked a personal examination identity in relationships, how we think about identity defined by behaviors and relationships, and how there are so many ways to tell the same story, but words matter. It sucked me in and had me emotional at the end.... full review

1-hour feminist drama exposing the internal bigotry and conflict of interest within any major religion. What is taught in books and sermons VS what is lived in one's own daily life. When love and life is a sin, how do you live and cope with a mistaken good? Maybe it is not a mistake in the first place, but quite the opposite? How do you justify that in a strict doctrine of submissive fear and complete obedience? ... full review

This show was so different from what I was expecting in all of the best ways. If you're as sick and tired of all of the needless hatred in the world as you should be, then this is the show for you. Despite being a show about "the devil", it's brimming full of compassion and understanding, along with a beautiful heart at the core.... full review

Really enjoyed the play. The set design was really good, and the costumes, too, but most of all the play itself was thoughtful and insightful about humanity and how we hide ourselves from others, or keep ourselves in the dark because things aren't exactly as we want.... full review

What starts as an objective look upon a struggling writer reveals itself to be the deeply unreliable perspective of a man who’s lost his reality. Our protagonist maintains a semblance of normalcy that turns in a fashion that creates a disconnect - we as an audience question ourselves. Did we see it? Are we bystanders, or are we even here?... full review
