Hysterical! Well crafted clown show that takes great advantage of his own physicality for raucous physical comedy. An additional note of sentimentality drawing on Texan roots was very effective....

Very personal and meta. An almost irritatingly incisive, and yet hilarious, view of one's inner monologue-- the battle we sometimes wage with ourselves in our own mind....

Christine Castanon shines in her one woman show Begging for Love. As the title would suggest, the show revolves around Christine's desire for love and approval. She shows the way she seeks love in various aspects of her life through comedic avenues, my favorite of which were the original songs showcasing her singing and songwriting talents. The final number was my absolute favorite. A must watch. Christine is a star!...

2026 Bouffon meets Commedia! Cole has created a character that is so subversive and dynamic, all while being one of the stupidest guys who's ever lived: the landlord. Not just any landlord, The Landlord; the prototype for the modern-day Landlord; the guy who pretends to be your friend but actually wants to see you dead....

I was transported to a different time and place. Shahin is quite the storyteller. This was a fable of good versus evil, young versus old, love versus hate. It was grounded in tradition and helped me recall my own roots in religious fables. It left me with lots to think about. ...

It was physically uncomfortable, socially grotesque and it looked like one of the central props had been stolen. Which all in all made for a pretty dynamite clown show. Had a real anti-comedy hostility mixed with wretched mania. (And I mean that as a sublime compliment.) ...

A beautiful show that is about finding respect and love for yourself. Christine’s talents are on full display as she goes through nearly every emotion imaginable in this show.
The show starts off with some incredibly pathetic and embarrassing bits, and then we go on a wonderful journey where Christine discovers how to love herself.
Grab that bread!...
