Must see! Go see! Be prepared to scream! Hysterical is hilarious and scary and then takes this hard right turn and slams you against the wall and you look around and are having a revelation. In the very first minute, you're pulled into the love that Dara's family has for each other and taken on a journey into how that love presents itself when faced with darkness. Dara Kosberg’s Homecoming is an incredibly emotional, passionate, hilarious, and nostalgic piece of theater. Dara takes the audience on a journey through grief that is just the right combination of heartwarming and laugh-out-loud funny. Her/her character is brilliantly vulnerable with her flaws and insights all fully exposed. Her character is in no way perfect, but she plays ever beat perfectly. Big With a B was exactly what was needed. Brianna captures a life that is both incredibly special and uniquely personal, yet so deeply relatable. As a big girl, this meant everything to me. There’s nothing like watching a body that’s been told ‘no’ say ‘yes’!
