a gorgeous, emotional, thought-provoking study in contradictions. It’s both meandering and precise; charmingly silly and deadly serious; so sharp and so vulnerable. QFWFQ is humane, clear-sighted and delightfully constructed. And so funny! A must see....

I can guarantee that you won't see anything else like this at the Fringe this year. This is the English language premiere of an absurdist dramedy by the playwright Kohei Tsuka, revered in his native Japan but little known in the US. At first glance, it's not difficult to see why this is the case; the play leans heavily into elements of the avant-garde, introducing characters and situations without context and often veering off into vaudevillian bits, asides, and karaoke numbers (!!) just as it se...

Wow, can Hike teach me all things? I could listen all day. I was not expecting to be challenged as much as I was warmed and tickled. He takes his personal experiences and though vastly different than mine, I could somehow relate. Partially because of would have totally stood up at the free dance concert. Partially because Hike is soooo thoughtful and thought provoking without being outrageously provocative. ...

Super fun and interactive show. Very clever and well thought out. The cast is great!! We went in somewhat of a big group, so it was really fun to watch some people in our group go on stage for interactions. This show was nothing like I would have expected it to be like. I am in no way a Shakespeare fan, but this show was really still very entertaining. References Shakespeare, but you don't need to know anything about the stories to enjoy this show. ...

Sharp, polished, hilarious. And surprisingly moving in a really great way! Dale takes you on a ride and because he approaches things with openness and kindness, he can expertly walk that line of 'taboo' topics. Which are the exact sort of well crafted jokes that fill me with a naughty glee -- which is the best kind of glee! ...

Part TED Talk, part history lesson, and part stream-of-consciousness introspection, Haig “Hike” Chahinian's solo show is a quiet, reflective journey. The youngest of three children to Armenian parents, Haig realizes that inherited trauma shapes him in unsuspecting and unsettling ways. Realizing that he is a homosexual who aches for partnership and children, his show highlights the adoption and challenges of raising of his bi-racial daughter.
Some of the self-discoveries he shares include a man...

I love a documentary and I love comedy so this was just a freaking TREAT for me! Daniel seems unassuming, but he's sharp and silly, focused and hilarious. I think he's on the right track in his little corner - the universe certainly seems to rise up and meet him at every step! Kind of Ted Talks, stand up, sex edutainment or Sex Talk. Love to see fellow late bloomers THRIVING! Well done! ...

I knew it was a comedy, but it was even funnier than I had anticipated which I'd say is kudos to the powerful acting of all three women – their timing, commitment, and seriousness with which they take their characters made it all the more hilarious but simultaneously heartbreaking! ...

I didn't expect a story this heavy to feel so light. Thanks to Rejyna's delicate touch, haunting and spell binding music and media, the weight of the story was never oppressive. Human experience reactions played out against the cold, supporting facts of the transcript was lovely and balanced. The music is gorgeous and Rejyna is captivating. I hope everyone has a chance to see hear this gripping story,...

Seeing "Too Much of a Good Thing" was nothing short of an unforgettable journey into the life of an incredibly talented woman who gave us a raw, intimate look into her experiences and perspective. This play is an absolute must-see for anyone interested in exploring a deeper understanding of body image, sexual assault, and what it's like to grow up under the male gaze.
The way the show handles these heavy topics is masterful. It's done so thoughtfully and with such care that every moment resona...

This is one of my favorites this year at Fringe, so happy I got to see it here. Kami is an incredible performer and JC adds a lot to the show as well. The musical components were some of my favorite and added a lot of dimension. Lots Lots Lots of laughs and sweet moments and emotion. Kami's character and voice work is a real masterful piece of work. I kind of fell in love with Kami Girl, even though it sort of is all her fault... ...

It's such a great play! The script flows naturally, with lots of fun moments. The actors do a great job in their roles, and between them, their chemistry is a thing. The themes covered are universal and accessible, and it's difficult not to empathize with the protagonist's journey accepting and facing her complex feelings towards her dad after his death. So recommendable, can't wait to see more of what this writer has :)...
