SOMETHING SPOOKY

This was a fun, spooky and hilarious show. Jon is such a great storyteller and effortlessly transitions between parts of the show designed to make you laugh and the parts designed to send chills down your spine. Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga — skillfully written and wonderfully performed by Ruby Marker — is, as LA Magazine says, “not to be missed.” Marker uses comedy as a tool to tell a story about growing up in a small town, the performative “community” she encountered, the trauma she endured, and the unorthodox, deeply disturbing way she confronts those hurts when she faces her greatest disappointment yet. Show Me Your Dick: A lifetime of dating in larger body

Cara is so funny and really herself onstage, I could watch her talk forever! She put a spotlight on a reality that too many women face, but one that is kept in the shadows by design of the men who perpetrate it as well as societal norms. All of which I learned about in the show! I could tell that the stories and dicks she shared with us were just the tip of the iceberg. A communal audience experience where we all felt like we could laugh and shriek and groan along at the dicks and stupid guys. th... full review
