This is a joyful and surprisingly touching one person show! I've produced and coached dozens of solo shows and storytelling performers. Jim's playful and authentic execution of this was delightful. I want to see this performed in the run up to EVERY holiday season....

Such a well constructed piece and character. To create a character that is simultaneously a douchebag and infinitely likeable is a very delicate art, and Charlie seems to do it with ease. An expert clown who won't be shouting in your face the whole show....

What's impressive about this show was its ability to tackle heavier topics and situations through dark comedy while still having a heartfelt message at the end. Great performances and commitment from the cast with a fun use puppets and magic thrown into the mix. Overall, it was a enjoyable evening at the theater!...

Shahin Sayadi's Ritual Music To Cure A Lover is a poetic, dreamlike journey into a land and people rooted in ancient history and folklore. I enjoyed every precious moment of Shahin's powerful performance about a family torn apart by pride, ritual, fate and longing. ...

What's really impressive about Dead John is it's ability to take material that feels like a feature film and morph it into a stage musical. The cast is does an excellent job of bringing the characters to life and the music keeps your feet tapping from beginning to end. I don't want to spoil anything, but I can easily see this becoming of a fringe favorite this year!...

There were so many things that resonated with me from this show. I felt that though neither Rus nor Kara were exactly like me, I felt that a both had aspects that I felt very close to. This show had a lot of emotional depth but retained it's humor throughout. Very touching! ...

I was blown away by this show!! I already know this is going to be one of my favorite shows of Fringe this year. Sara is SUCH a talented actress, every moment is fully lived in & embodied, and the story flowed seamlessly. I felt like I was watching a movie (and I sincerely hope one day this WILL be a movie for me to watch, it felt cinematic!). This show feels like everything you want a solo play to be, while also being like no solo show I've ever seen. Truly, so good! Real goddamn theatre. Cannot...

Charlie was so connected and real while being SUCH a dumb dumb bro. What a charmer! He had us in the palm of his hands. Somehow Charlie made us love him then hate him then love him again even deeper. Bigger than life, absurdist and alive. We were flung between the pages of one of the most classic plays of our time. Charlie made the Old feel New. Charlie brought us dumb Americans in by leveling with us that Shakespeare is hard to understand but then suddenly made it so easy to understand, even whe...
