I love when artists take complicated issues and make them personal. That's what this show is. Tiffany Esteb delivers a compelling solo performance for something that very evidently had a major impact on her life to say the least. It was difficult not to get angry or at least seriously disturbed, listening to her experience unfold and virtually impossible not to think "if that were me." This show was a ride of portals: The way the lighting added to the suspense was amazing. Every time serpiente the towns evil man came out made me scared of what he would do. Thankfully the writer gave him a very descriptive monologue that required little of destruction of the set. Overall this was a love story of a young man trying to find love even though his truth is out of this world. My favorite line “ we might not be rich but we have culture”. ... full review
