I went to the INVISIBLE! reading. Woody nailed with the description "Pen15 meets Quantum Leap with a little Stranger Things haunting around the edges." It's a half-hour comedy that already feels fully formed, even in a bare-bones reading. I walked out wanting the full season. I genuinely can't wait to see this on screen. Incredible from top to bottom, unexpected and a wild journey based on a real-life account of persecution by Gretchen, who is an incredible performer with a unique voice and infinitely engaging stage presence! The End of The World is a very thoughtful and daring exploration of difficult themes and a brilliant showcase of a truly gifted performer and writer. This piece was so beautifully written and performed by Anwar Ali. I instantly felt connected to the characters, the themes of grief, and the pure love and hard work that was clearly put into this piece. From Fringes past, I knew Emily Clark was an accomplished musical and comedic performer. She is currently showing us her incredible range, brilliantly using her acting chops as the pivotal character in On The Line, an intense thrill of a ride expertly co-written and directed by Pamela Quinn Eberhardt and Dan Testa. Lucas Alifano and Jeff Scot Carey are equally compelling. What a show... exposing the gas-lighting women have endured forever. Can't wait to see it again to do some clue mining.... full review
