The Dysmorphic Diva

Karen Macarah, self-described, as the living embodiment of her father’s American dream, uses her immense acting skills and fantastic cabaret singing voice to tell the musical tale of her life. She emotes about trying to fit into the role of the ingenue... that elusive part... for a 20-something YOUNG woman — who every actress between the ages of 20 and 40 — wants to fit into and embody. Macarah tells stories, and sings... weaving together a CABARET; a powerful and personal journey throug... full review

Amazing Graves

A small town cemetery is the perfect canvas for these two plays. Though the plays are very different, their themes are similar....those of life, death, regrets and hopefulness. And also the more devastating effects of mental health, racism and addiction. Can you recreate your past and heal the wounds that have plagued your life for years, even decades? All of the actors were great and worked well together. And I LOVE me some Our Town! Thank you for bringing that creative take on one of the best p... full review

WARHOL / FRANKENSTEIN 4D! 2026

larry davidson · June 21, 2026 certified reviewer
The show is a visual treat. Totally entertaining. I have a particular interest in Warhol and his factory days. I read the book Edie and also saw the Warhol Frankenstein movie back in the days, so I was delighted by all the references. However even if it. Is unfamiliar territory to some audience members it will still be a fun and quirky frolic, Stephen Vlasak is a veteran Fringe director with a wide and interesting range of material. His productions have always been inventive and worth seeing.... full review

IN DEVELOPMENT with JOHNNY CANNIZZARO

paul porter · June 21, 2026 certified reviewer
Johnny has found a great story and framework to share through performance his journey as a creative artist. Often non-linear and constantly developing, the artistic and personal highs can be just the other side of the lows. The ever-present question of Why an artist keeps going in the face of rejection is at the heart of this play’s explorations.... full review

Joke Hold

A laser-sharp script, great ensemble cast and smart direction! Anyone involved with the theatre will recognize the all-too familiar backstage politics and shenanigans. Paul Frellick's play turns up the heat with an unsettling dark comedy. Under the direction of William Charlton, we watch a cast of six comedy improvisers preparing for their big show - one of whom slowly begins to undermine their efforts. The laughs quickly turn to gasps in a play that turns the "Yes And" on its head.... full review

Homecoming is not to be missed! Dara sweetly, hilariously and deftly wades through the waters of grief and loss. But she also takes you on a journey of adolescence and becoming in a way that anyone can relate to. I found myself unexpectedly and wonderfully nostalgic for elementary school, college years, traveling to other countries and more. Her show is so moving AND so entertaining that the time flies by and when it's over you're snorting on both your tears and your laughter. She's a masterful s... full review
