I thought all of the actors did a fantastic job with the material they were given. My main issues comes with the attempted rape scene, which the show provides no warning for whatsoever. The scene itself is lengthy and not having any mention that there would be simulated acts of sexual violence is an extreme oversight. Simply put: this was the best Fringe Show I’ve ever seen. The story is wildly entertaining and deeply nuanced. This brilliant script by Jessica Fisher masterfully unpacks heavy topics of sexual assault with twists, turns, and just the right amount of humor.
