Gut-busting physical comedy with over-the-top facial expressions that feel like some of the best Looney Toons gags in real life. As a performer, Cole has you laughing at the idiocy of the worst landlord of all time who's constantly failing both his tenants and fellow landlords. It rings true as a comedy dealing with a dark subject in a dark, cynical time, and yet it's ultimate point of view is one of profound joy and discovery.
