Prostitute Investigator

As a first time viewer of this show, I can say this performance definitely left me rethinking what makes a dramady a dramady, and how this clash is great when it works and a bit awkward when it doesn’t. I found the plot to be very interesting and a nice shift away from the standard forbidden love/detective dramadies. The ecstatic energy given from the actors throughout the show was appreciated, although at times coming off a bit abrasive. Looking forward to seeing the full length show!... full review

KITTENS

Sometimes all you want to do is feel pretty and feminine... but the world has a tough way of reminding us that we don't always get to do that unbothered. Kittens is a very smart musical about how three girls in the late 60s dealt with problems that haunt women even today still - and does so in a style that feel effortless and never heavy-handed. ... full review

Tamra Wasserman presents: This is Real, This is Me (by Tamra Wasserman)

chris chyun · June 10, 2025 certified reviewer
The cast delivered an incredibly energetic, no holds barred performance- you could feel the joy and chaos in every scene. The small stage was used with playful blocking, quick transitions, and clever use of minimal props to maximum effect. The show balanced over the top humor with moments of real emotional depth, keeping the audience both laughing and surprisingly moved. It’s a must see for anyone who loves comedy that’s bold, self aware, and just the right amount of unhinged.... full review
