I instantly felt connected to the characters, the themes of grief, and the pure love and hard work that was clearly put into this piece. From Fringes past, I knew Emily Clark was an accomplished musical and comedic performer. She is currently showing us her incredible range, brilliantly using her acting chops as the pivotal character in On The Line, an intense thrill of a ride expertly co-written and directed by Pamela Quinn Eberhardt and Dan Testa. What makes this show so disarming is Peyton's generosity. A blend of history and mental health, with surprising and insightful twists. Jessica Martin takes us through the history of Joan of Arc while also detailing his life, finding parallels. Before the show, in line, a father and son were reading who the characters are. “Who is Martin Goodman?” I had to butt in and say “That’s the publisher, before comics he was publishing pulp magazines.
