Laura-Jo is a musical sensation and certainly someone to watch. Aside from being a tour de force as a musician, piano player, and vocalist, she is also a master of each Shakespearean character she portrays. As a songwriter and composer, she also managed to capture the essence of each heroine through her catchy motifs and slick melodic lines. Her transitions are fast, her presentation is witty, and her characters are well thought out and jam-packed with artistic subtlety and variety. Whether you know much about Shakespeare or not, this is a show that’s not to miss. She nails it. With a run-time of 45 minutes, there’s no excuse not to see it. ...
