In 1995, workers at Willard Asylum in New York state discovered 400 suitcases of former patients, their owners buried and forgotten. The objects within - time capsules of lives interrupted. This work-in-progress features 2-3 scenes told through Object Theatre, using only items from each case.

This is the monodrama and the performer transforms into various characters only with simple props and movements. The children could be a leading creator making the sound which has not existed in the world, being a problem solver of the fart incident.

Set in the dystopian world after the United States suffers Civil War II, “Infinite Expectation of the Dawn” weaves the stories of Joan and Alicia, two perspectives from a country burdened with fear, who both made personal sacrifices to create their ideal reality.

This show pays homage to Gilda’s infamous characters, quirky songs and stories of how she used humor to get through the struggles of a life cut short. Be transported back to a time where humor was innocent yet edgy and poignant. This is a glimpse into the timeless spirit of a girl named Gilda.
