One of the best shows I've ever seen at Fringe. A fun scifi grounded in humanity. It definitely makes you feel and it stays with you after it's over. I would love to see this on film as well....

Overall, “White Elephant” has a strong script and a lot of potential. Had I known beforehand that it was a reading, I may have waited to see the show fully on its feet. I also do not think it is necessary to have a narrator onstage, as there are a few moments where that choice distracts from the actors. Still, the writing and acting are strong, and I am interested in seeing this again once the cast is fully off-book and the production is completely staged....

Overall, “Trickster” is a playful, strange, and imaginative production that leans fully into physical storytelling. The show works best when the movement, music, lighting and ensemble energy come together to create a unique world. “Trickster” is a creative and visually engaging show that offers something different at this year’s Fringe Festival....

''The Trick'' and ''The Pearl''

Both plays have strong ideas and memorable moments, but would benefit from more patient pacing and deeper emotional grounding from the actors. “The Pearl” feels more cohesive, while “The Trick” has potential but needs more time for the relationships and stakes to fully develop. Still, the direction, design choices, and select performances give the production as a whole enough substance to engage with during the Fringe Festival....

Overall, “Homecoming” is a thoughtful and honest one-woman show about grief, family, and the complicated process of making peace with relationships that never fully gave us what we needed. Kosberg brings sincerity, humor, and emotional clarity to the stage, and while I would like to have seen a bit more distinction in how her family members are portrayed, the production still lands with heart.
It’s a simple, personal, and reflective piece that leaves room for the audience to think about thei...

As with anything creative, I admire the show's effort to put a production on stage, and I'll always give props to artists who put themselves out there. That said, the show fell flat for me and didn't quite meet my expectations. I loved the concepts it introduced (infidelity, the queer nightlife scene, and the importance of supporting one another), but the execution needs more work....

Lex brings us in, pulls on our ears and blasts us out of the water with surprises and literal twists and turns. Highly recommend this show. Thanks so much Fringe!...
