This show felt like watching a boy playing out his fantasy of being a man via knighthood, and it was a joy to see. I love how Grant kept returning to themes of toxic masculinity, and ultimately transcended it through his performance by being free, playful, and creating community. He built his own crew (squire!), and then shared the power with all of us. A true knight!...

Fulfillment had me laughing, cringing, crying, and by the end full of hope. I loved it! The writing was spot on, with arguments playing out as they would in life; messy, fast, and often times ending with words not meant to be said aloud. ...

This beautiful, dark and deeply human endeavor was one of the best things I've seen during Fringe 2026! Destiny Faith Nelson held the audience in the palm of her hand as she guided us through the parallel moments of connection and disconnection that have every one of us wondering about our place in the world. It was deeply affecting and brilliantly executed. ...

When I first saw the title Unplugged Electric Guitar, I thought, Hmm... is this a story about a rock-and-roll guy deciding to go folk—a Bob Dylan in reverse? Or perhaps a drama about the time the power went out during a performance.
I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that Unplugged Electric Guitar is something far more profound: a metaphor for a life un-lived.
This play is exceptionally poignant and beautifully acted. Danny Rocco creates a world that the audience becomes fully absorbed...
