We all need a Mrs. Claus like Tanya Dickson in our lives! If Mrs. Claus skipped out to Hollywood more often, the world would be such a better, light-hearted (albeit dirty) place. But what would Santa do? Who cares! "Roast Your Chestnuts" is a laugh-riot of a show that I hope Dickson takes to performing and honing for years to come! WHAT A CONCEPT. And what TUNES! I still Had mollys songs in my head this morning. So much fun. Shes a blast. The character was so well embodied I both loved and despised this character and wanted to be her. So fabulous. The use of being in the wig shop created this otherworldly experience of absurdity. I couldn’t wait to see what Molly sang about next and genuinely think there should be a dance party version of this show with the full tracks. Remixed. It would go OFFF!!!... full review

Really loved the spooky vibe. Jackie is so good at commanding attention, every little face she pulls speaks to the character's interiority. She really is incredibly charming, with a very old-school feeling showmanship. The ghost reveal was done SO WELL! The accordion broke, but honestly the fact there was an accordian repair man in the audience and another audience member had a screwdriver and that wasn't planned, added to the magic/spooky vibe. ... full review

I got to see Annika Hogarth's entry effort last year for Kittens and I remember thinking to myself, "This is one artist to watch." So it was no surprise to me that the "Meet the Robinsons Parody" was so wonderfully executed and had me smiling from ear to ear. The music for this show was SO GOOD! What an impression Mike Hadge has made with his first Hollywood Fringe entry! SSS was wildly entertaining from start to finish!! And the cast he has assembled is so brilliant. These "Stoic Straitz" played their roles so expertly taking inspiration from the obvious real figures, but adding personal touches that only each actor could.
