A sensory-overload, labyrinthine fantasia as could only emerge from the mind of Michael Shaw Fisher channeling David Lynch. This is the stuff the best of Fringe is made of. Whatever your knowledge of David Lynch's oeuvre, Who's Afraid of David Lynch? is a blast.... full review

I'm a huge fan of Michael Shaw Fisher and his always creative shows. If he was doing a play about reading the phone book, I would come see it. He never disappoints and this show is no exception. I had high expectations and he delivered in this surreal, bizarre David Lynch World that he created. Full of interesting characters that are reminiscent of the late Mr. Lynch's classic films. It's sexy, mysterious and haunting. ... full review

This show radiated passion from the moment it started. A love letter to an iconic director that reveled in the absurdity of it all. It was the absolute highlight of my Fringe experience. I deeply hope this show continues so I can bring all my film major friends when they’re back in town. ... full review

If you don't know a lot of David Lynch's work, you can let the insanity wash over you in a brilliant, colorful wave of discordant horns, nefarious characters, femme fatales who are actually different femme fatales but are really the same, well-choreographed-and-sung musical numbers, and a truly inspired burlesque section. If you KNOW a lot of David Lynch's work..... HOOBOY! Prepare to scream with laughter at Michael Shaw Fisher's deconstruction of what makes Lynch Lynch. I don't think he missed a reference to a single piece of work. There's something for everybody in "Who's Afraid....?" .....okay, by "everybody," maybe I'm pushing it, but "anybody out for a crazy good time." Emphasis on "crazy."... full review

Okay I'll bite.... I don't know anything David Lynch. And I still mostly enjoyed myself and laughed a lot, especially in the beginning. If you had a Twin Peaks shirt on, you were in stitches. ... full review
