Hell yeah superheroes! Tattered Capes is totally up my alley, and I had a ton of fun watching it. There was a nice balance of humor and seriousness in the superhero theme of the show, which I enjoyed. ... full review

This show was a blast, with a ton of energy from start to finish and some of the most impressive and difficult fight choreography that I've ever seen in a Fringe show. Travis Dixson delivers as he always does with unrelenting energy, charisma and talent, while Joanna Mercedes manages an amazing balance of deeply felt emotional moments with super heroic bravado that manages to be both appropriately melodramatic and entirely real in the feelings evoked. This isn't a hard show to recommend. Exactly the kind of awesome, slightly crazed stuff you hope to see at Hollywood Fringe.... full review

I always enjoy a well-executed mash-up of genres! I was able to enjoy comic book superhero fantasy, romcom, sci-fi, action, dance, mystery and zombies. There's a bit of something for everyone!... full review

What a great show! Good script, great acting, lots of action, humor, drama, some plot twists all done in a superhero universe. There is even some slow motion superhero moves. I would recommend you go see it but the rest of the shows are already sold out (that should give you a clue).... full review

Tattered Capes takes the superhero formula and twists it in unexpected ways. Led by a fun cast of characters and anchored by terrific physical work, the lighter elements of the script are combatted by darker ones that you might not see coming. Much like an effective superhero story that you'd read or see.... full review
