There are plenty of apocalyptic shows out there, but this one explores something new, a fresh take on the apocalypse--what happens when it's a false alarm? This show is high energy and full of comedic moments. The two main characters are charming and while the supporting characters are technically villains, they're also endearing. DOOM GIRLS by Jenni Chiaramonte is a well written funny adventure of alien girls landing on planet Earth. As undercover agents they need to act like humans. In the forest they meet up with a quirky hippie played by the talented Cynthia Dane. They had me laughing. It was a fun night of theater. Excellent directing by Matt Morillo.
