A captivating 45-minute solo play by Escaped Recluse. It follows Randy, who grapples with a tormenting talking heart while searching for his missing wife. Drew Petriello delivers an excellent performance, portraying vulnerability and showcasing his acting talent. Guided by director Miles Berman, the play immerses the audience in a fever dream of heartbreak and magical realism, offering a thought-provoking exploration of the human experience.... full review

A very personal and vulnerable piece of theatre! Drew has big open eyes that let you enter his entire heart and I really love that in a performer. I really appreciated the vulnerability and the commitment - Drew totally commanded the stage particularly in the parts where he directly addressed the audience. Those moments were super grounded and impactful. ... full review

Drew spoke the story into existence and I could picture everything perfectly in my mind. The ominous beating heart, the red light, Sif being so close yet so far. This was honestly such a refreshing piece to just listen to and witness!... full review
