Ainsley is currently a freshman at The University of Southern California, studying in the School of Dramatic Arts and the School of Cinematic Arts. She’s a recent summa cum laude graduate from Trinity Christian Academy and a recipient of the 2022 Neicole Woodall College Scholarship from her beloved Genesis Children’s Theater back in Dallas, Texas. Ainsley has always loved acting and made her big screen debut in “Like You’re Dying”, her sister’s short film that went on to win an international Best Drama Award at London’s 2020 Monochrome Film Festival. Her recent notable roles from high school theater include Officer Lockstock in Urinetown, Patsy in Spamalot, and Agatha Trunchbull in Matilda. This year at USC, she won the Outstanding Comedic Screenplay Award for her script “Treading Water”, wrote and directed her first horror short film “Laundry Cycle”, and co-wrote and starred in The Sentence! She’s extremely thrilled and honored to take this show to the 2023 Hollywood Fringe Festival and participate in LA’s theater community.
