This was so amazing! Lorraine was a beautiful soul, such an intense and wonderful performance by Carrie Keranen. And the hitman Del, played by Peter Fluet, was so powerful... from the silent tender moments to the explosive exasperations, he had me entranced. Amanda Blake Davis got laughs from simple gestures and facial expressions, and I loved seeing her in a scripted form vs the usual long form improv. The energy from the audience was palpable. There were jokes at almost every other line and a few very tender moments. The entire cast were a joy to watch.
I also loved the pacing and the small cuts for the final scene were really refreshing.
Del and Lorraine are my heroes!
