A powerhouse performer. The delivery had very rhythmic and musical quality. The material was highly informed, though not overbearing; and with an emotional weight to swing you out the door. I am sorry that I had to leave to make another curtain. ... full review

Eye-opening re-imagining of who “Jeanne d’Arc” really was and what motivated her. The actor fully inhabited her character, building a moving and credible case for how she achieved all she did, why she suffered so grievously, and why this should matter to us today. ... full review

Absolutely incredible. Amanda’s passion made the show. Her performance was brilliant, especially her interactions with the audience. The story is the epic details behind the real Joan of Arc, a slap to the patriarchy, and a reminder to embrace your identity. A must see!!... full review

Easily one of the best solo shows at Fringe this year! Performer Amanda Wagner is captivating. She has completely immersed herself in Carolyn Gage's "coming out" play. This was such a joy to watch while being educated on the short life of the French heroine.... full review

A quietly powerful script anchored by a stunning solo performance by Amanda Wagner. She commands the stage with a poignant aura of earned swagger and confidence as she looks right at you, telling you that you will listen to Joan's story. There's a directness in the script, the acting, and the on-point direction by Alyssa Escalante that make this production feel fresh and relevant without ever pushing too hard.... full review

The acting was superb! Oh my this is a very wonderful play about a woman whom we really should know more about but don't and this play tells you the story from Joan's point of view. And, her point of view is inspiring, difficult to hear and important to know. Really liked this show and felt entertained and educated. I am more empowered as a woman and have some things to think about.... full review
