A very beautiful, touching piece of theatre. What moved me the most, was that this was a story that put two queer men in the focus, but never resorted to the tropes of typical queer stories. It was a slice of life, and refreshing to see queer people not be tragically struck down by disease, or their relationship torn apart by cheating, or the other stereotypical staples. UNDER THE TABLE and dreaming is a gem of a play, full of romance, high stakes, and the splendor of human connection. I laughed, I cried, I was overjoyed at what they did with this small, intimate story that captured the sweep of LIFE....

"Under the Table and Dreaming" is such a touching story. I wasn't sure how I would like a Toy Story Fanfic adaptation, but it was so well done and the cast so perfectly fitted, that it was seamless and very natural! A lovely coming-of-age story.
