HFF 25 will be Jim’s 6th Fringe and his 4th time as a producer and writer. In 2015, his play “The 7th Annual One-Man Show World Championships” received 10 nominations (including Top Of Fringe and Best Comedy) and won three awards at the HFF 15 awards ceremony. His 2019 play, “The Mayor’s Debate of Tranquility, Nebraska” was nominated for 5 awards, including Best Comedy, and won two: The Unleashed award for best show and Theatre Unleashed’s Tracey Collins Memorial Funny Girl award for best comedy performance by a woman (Kate Hellen). As a longtime L.A. stage performer, he has earned two LA Weekly lead actor nominations (Equus, Othello) and won the LA Drama Critics Circle Award for lead performance (Equus).
