SKM covers everything you're looking for when you go to see a show. This play is extremely hilarious, action packed, and heartfelt. I found myself laughing throughout the entire show, and then getting emotional at times. I loved the magic and fantasy aspect this show brings but it still feels like real humans dealing with life. ... full review

A funny and touching look at how people use culture to form legacies that can help their loved ones deal with trauma and pain. The production has a great cast lead by a fearless performance from Vivi Thai. ... full review

I F***ING loved this show! I was lucky enough to attend the preview night. Not knowing too much about the show besides it being about Dungons & Dragons. It's way more than that. The major story line of Agnes (Vivi Thai) connecting with her dead sister Tilly (Susannah Snowden-Ifft). The whole cast were fantastic and the show has a lot of humor as well as some moments that I teared up in. I'll for sure attend performance of this asap. ... full review

"She Kills Monsters" has been on my list of Must See Show for awhile now and I'm super happy that I got the chance to see it. I think Susannah and Vivi really knock it out of the park with their performances. It's a fun, important story that explores grief, sexuality, and empowerment.... full review

I didn't know what to expect going into the play. I went to see it because one of the actors is my friend. But I was BLOWN AWAY by how good it was. I don't normally watch a lot of plays, probably because the few I have seen are kind of boring, but that is NOT the case with this play. It was full of action and humor and HEART! I was amazed. I've never gotten teary-eyed by watching a play before, but SHE KILLS MONSTERS made me cry a bit. It was so moving.... full review

I was lucky enough to attend the Preview and I was pleasantly pleased that this show was my 1st watched Fringe show of the festival. Vivi Thai and the Dungeon Master navigate this play so well. They are both so charming and Vivi is just so heartfelt & grounded. This show was an absolute joy to watch. ... full review

This ensemble loves the material and each other. They commit to this marvelous script and their tenacity pays off. The women of this company constitute one of the strongest female ensembles I've seen at Fringe. Leading the charge is Vivi Thai, her beautiful transition between awkward role-playing newb to impassioned adventurer is measured and perfect. Susannah Snowden-Ifft, as the perky and adorkable Tilly, expertly tackles the tricky role of geeky sister and fantasy heroine. The core relationship between Vivi Thai and Susannah Snowden-Ifft is potent and real, exactly what the show needs to make us care about the characters in both the real and the fantasy world. This is a fun and surprisingly touching evening of theatre.... full review

One of Qui Nguyen's more emotionally resonant pieces, brought to life with energy and verve by a cast that was having so much fun it couldn't help but be infectious. ... full review
