A MUST SEE! Kelly Mullis is a hilarious and heartbreaking force of nature, and the opportunity to spend an hour with her is not to be missed. Solo shows are a crap shoot, and this Army Brat triggers a winner....

Kelly brings her audience on this dramatic and at times comical journey of her life with bravery, inspiration, and heart! Her presence on stage is electric! Kelly's freedom of expression, creativity and artistry unfolds beautifully with the words she wrote, movement, and the wonderful direction by Wayne Orkline! Thanks again Kelly for bringing your story to the stage!...

I’m always a little cautious about one-person shows built around someone’s personal life. Fictional solo pieces usually excite me more because they have a little more room to surprise.
I could not have been more wrong.
Army Brat is funny, heartfelt, and consistently engaging. Kelly Mullis. takes what could have been a familiar autobiographical story and turns it into something genuinely compelling. If you're a fan of one-person theatre, this is absolutely worth your time.
Don't miss it.

Kelly is known to light up any room she enters but after seeing this show, my respect for her has deepened. To emerge from such a dark, abusive past and move forward in light, joy and love takes work. What Kelly endured at the hands of a militant father is heartbreaking, but she is not broken. She is liberated, and I am happy for her. Kelly's vivacious delivery gives levity to the scenes of abuse and manipulation as she bounces around the stage. She is fun to watch and I was rooting for her throughout, tears and all....

An in depth look into the trauma of one woman's life and the incredible inspiration of not falling into the void it could have created. Well done Kelly!...
