Fancy is a dream come true - an honest to goodness example of how the right motives can make even the worst circumstances change for the better. Chris Farah is simply amazing. She made you believe in Fancy, with her perfect comedic timing, her eye-popping cleavage, and her sassy wit. This is a fun show about a character created by Bobbie Gentry and made famous by Reba McIntyre. It simply must be experienced.... full review

I genuinely found Chris Farah's character, Fancy, to be simultaneously endearing and sexy. Although the script could use a touch more polish and clarity in a few places, the story itself is a fun parable for adults about acceptance and the consequences of forcing one's beliefs onto another that we can all learn something from. Put it on your "to see" list. ... full review

Besides being a great comedienne and singer, Chris Farah. Knows how to own a f*ckin' room. It's a character solo show that deconstructs character solo shows. Really truly enjoyed it, and laughed throughout.... full review

As Fancy Jean Baker, Chris Farah is the epitome of beauty, wit, and sass. At the sold-out closing show last night, Farah expertly worked the raucous crowd with polished comedic timing and even acknowledged the intrusive sounds of a rock band rehearsing next door without missing a beat (no pun intended). But what appealed to me most about Fancy was the childlike innocence with which she approached the sometimes coldhearted world. Her sweetness could melt any heart. Fancy, you did NOT let me down.... full review

What a clever idea for a show! Chris Farrah gives a dynamic performance in this one-woman show. The show is skillfully structured, seamlessly transitioning from story to song to performance and back again. Farrah moves ably moves the piece along as she brings three characters to life. This really has all the makings of a fantastic night of theater. The story can easily be extended to 90 minutes, and I would like to see the piece touch on the sadness of the situation along with the humor. Refreshing, talented, an surprisingly ungimmicky. Highly Recommended.... full review

Oh Fancy! Loved this show. Chris Farah is not to be missed. She takes the solo show genre and devours it. Funny, beautiful, talented, this woman is a force to be reckoned with and you will kick yourself if you miss the opportunity to see her Fancy. Go!... full review
