Having known Richard for several years, I was somewhat aware of his trials and triumphs as the neighbor to a woman with an incessantly barking dog. It was such a treat to get the full story, a touching, aggravating and hilarious story. What a wonderful journey into the experience of living next door to a constantly barking dog! I have not always been a dog person until maybe 10 years ago, and this play definitely spoke to me!
