My Tiger was excellent! I personally did not relate, but I did bring a friend who did and they reacted viscerally. I think it was thought provoking for both myself and my friend. I think this show did a great job of providing a window of insight into an experience that not everyone faces, and a mirror to those who do experience it to feel seen. ...

My Tiger unfolds like an autobiographical theatre piece, tracing the life of Didi, a Chinese mixed-race man growing up in America. But this is no mere memoir — it's a piercing exploration of identity, belonging, and the cultural fractures that lie beneath the surface of a multiethnic society.

I love how we had an insider look in the world from his POV. It felt like we were living the story with him, not just as bystanders in the audience. I'm so impressed with his storytelling style, and how he made even the hardest topics feel comfortable and at times even added humor as a commentary to things that go by unnoticed. Thank you for that! You did an amazing job and you should be proud of it!...
