Fabulous show by a fabulous performer. So many layers of beauty, humanity, vulnerability and fun! Sharing, singing and audience interaction roped me in by the singular performance of Samantha. Her one woman show last year blew me away, and I’m not surprised that she blew another one out of the water. You must see this show!! It is a one of a kind gem. ... full review

It was oooO well thought of . All of it. Full of wisdom, full of heart & humor & rawness. Playful too. And disturbing in a good way. I mean the American history really. I am not from here, so it was heavy , all this religious, all this denial kind of American way of being. But and “ and “ it was so bloody good to learn about it in this most coolest play ever. I mean it. I loved all of it. And Samantha ROCKS. The way she hold & carries the whole thing was spectacular. She is mesmerizing. And i loved how much i have learned too. Thank you Sam … thank you thank you thank you. Xo. ... full review

Missions analyzes the intersection of religion, sexuality, and indigeneity in a confrontational yet humorous way that will have you laughing the entire length of the show. Sam Bowling offers a comedic peak into the life of a 14-year-old girl who is sent on a church mission to West Virginia and uncovers a lot about what that means. Go watch this show if you want to have a good time and support indigenous creators! You won’t regret it!... full review

I attended Samantha’s one woman show last year and it was one of the most powerful shows I’ve ever seen. I cried. It changed my perspective on what struggles women deal with daily and what I should be doing better as a man. This years show took me into another world and it was just as notionally filled and attention trapping as the former. I love everything Samantha creates and shares. Hardcore fan. ... full review

You're going to fall in love with Sam. It is rare to see a piece with such an original perspective. It's a story ONLY SHE could tell. Equal parts playful and pensive. You'll understand the contradictions she's shining a light on and you'll laugh along the way. I didn't think it could get better than her show from last year's fringe, but she's clearly only going to give us more and more to love with every solo show she puts up. ... full review

Thrilled to see Samantha Bowling back at Fringe with another deeply moving one woman show about her experiences as an indigenous queer woman, our relationship to the land, wealth disparity and so much more. I found myself laughing out loud and shedding a tear by the end. Heartfelt, hilarious and poignant, this is a must see show at this year's Fringe!... full review

Samantha Bowling has the unique ability to touch on deeply difficult and troubling topics without ever succumbing to cynicism. In fact, I always leave her shows feeling in awe of the stubbornness with which beauty, love, and light continue to exist in the world and with a renewed determination to seek them out and hold them close. A must see show by a can't miss artist.... full review
