Such a funny and honest show. Self aware and intuitive Richard put it all on the table and had the audience cheering for him and feeling for him as shared all the frustrations, successes and heartbreaks of working in the soul crushing entertainment industry. I cannot say enough, how well put together this show was, which is something that is rare in the fringe. You're missing out if you don't go see this.... full review

Jackass: A Prom Story

Such a fantastic combo of solo shows!! Touching on wonderfully personal stories, each were able to make their experiences relatable, while still giving hilarious details that could only have been lived. Although the two have very different stories (Julie working as a mascot trying to achieve a more perfect smile, and the Amy looking for that perfect slow dance in a world obsessed with marriage) they had such wonderfully cohesive pieces. They are funny, heartwarming, and so relatable you'll fall... full review

Great show!! Super funny while still being open and vulnerable about the topics of love and sex. Charming and creative, this show's ability to look at the concerns the writer/performer about love and sex are original and hilarious. Definitely a show you don't want to miss at the Fringe. Especially since it traveled all the way from New York.... full review

RSVP: RIP (Really Into Partying)

RSVP: RIP (Really Into Partying) is a comedy that touches on the darker side of fame mongering in today's society. The show follows a girl who goes about looking for fame in all the worst ways. And to top it off it's a musical, with truly talented musical performances. Funny, and full of scathing truths I know I've come to deal with in Hollywood, this show was a strong piece of theatre.... full review

Indefinite Articles: A Libertarian Rage

Indefinite Articles: A Libertarian Rage is very poetic in it's execution. The exploration of a man's discovery on his political stance in a political environment that comes off as very democratic or republican is well written. Using folklore, personal stories and even comedic genre play (a surprising take on an imaginary interaction with Sarah Palin) made it well varied. Overall, a great experience. Especially if you want to expand your horizons on alternative political stances.... full review

How I Got Here

I adored How I Got Here. Greg's show is so brutally honest and sincere while still being funny. It's wonderfully refreshing to see someone so funny able to be so open about difficult parts of their life, and still able to find the humor in it. Greg has an incredible ability to make the audience feel and laugh all at once. This is a gem of a show and should not be missed.... full review

Victorian Courting and Zombies

Victorian Courting and Zombies is definitely one of my favorite show's I have seen at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Teaming with talent, and comedy this show had me laughing non stop. Full of LA improv/sketch based talent, this show also offered the opportunity for these multitalented performers to show off their musical prowess as well as comedic abilities. And they definitely do. The comedic timing is perfect and the characters are so well written. On top of that, the music in this is outst... full review
