Bizarre, delightful, and highly interactive. Be sure to sit in the first two rows! ;) This was my first ever clown show, so I didn't really know what to expect, which is the best way to experience Alex's craft to be honest, so don't read too many reviews!! Just go see it for yourself! He and the team achieve a lot with minimal props and costumes, so the performance, lighting, and clearly defined characters carry a lot of the show. Incorporating aspects of one's heritage is always a vulnerable end... full review

The Terrible Somnambulists

laurel kathleen · June 09, 2026 certified reviewer
It was completely engaging and created such a rich, unsettling environment from the start. A two hander with crackling chemistry between characters that never rely on tired tropes: each actor goes through various emotions and argues multiple points of view with ease. Like old friends, they comfortably argue, and agree, and then go back to arguing. Their movements in the small space were enough to keep us engaged but never too much to be distracting, which helped me really focus on their dialogue ... full review

The story draws you in and keeps you guessing. You find out in the first few moments that something terrible has happened and quickly you learn what that is: a man’s death in an accident. But who was Tyson Miller really? Who truly knew him best? Through three drafts of a eulogy written by his estranged best friend and his girlfriend’s responses we learn a lot about the different sides of Tyson, and the two of them as well. ... full review
