A funny, yet meaningful perspective on a real issue and denial. Often family members are the last to accept an issue, the character's acceptance is then used to help find a solution in a fun, beautiful way. Very heartfelt and unexpected. I appreciated the artist's vulnerability and heavily identified with much of the show. I walked in thinking this would be a spooky show and it's more of an interpersonal reflection on a tough time but with laughter and mini jump-scares throughout. Great work!
