Women Who Eat is equal parts funny and dark. The cast and direction are excellent. It also offers smart commentary women's relationship to food and how society forces certain expectations around eating on women. In the Beginning is an innovative look at the story of Adam and Eve, focusing on Eve as the central character. It does an excellent job of highlighting Eve's intelligence over Adam's, deconstructing the story of original sin as we've learned it.
