Zheryk Badugu is a Burbank-based creative professional with over 20 years of experience in improv comedy, music production, and live event operations.
Known for his high-energy crowd facilitation and sports-themed improv persona, “Mr. Voice,” Zheryk has spent his career bridging the gap between technical site logistics and dynamic audience engagement. Whether he’s leading national tours for global brands or producing underground comedy, his focus is always on building atmosphere and connection.
Currently, Zheryk is the driving force behind The Smokeout, a hip-hop improv comedy variety show hitting the 2026 Hollywood Fringe Festival. When he isn’t on stage or behind the boards, he is furthering his expertise in Project Management , ensuring that every “dangerous” creative vision is backed by world-class execution.
