What I liked
The lighting design was beautiful, and I loved the kooky characters like Bea and the guitar dude. I loved the mess on the stage as well, it gave it such a “lived-in” look. Great acting, great writing, and great design overall.
What I didn't like
I was a tad confused with the characters physically interacting when on a phone call. Also, I wish Kibble got more stage time!
My overall impression
What a play! Mandy’s thoughtful yet funny, serious yet kind, and empathetic yet stubborn dialogue paints this play into such a touching show. Loved how close I got with the characters in such short run time!
