The highest of high energy shows, I absolutely loved Mark Pleases You! Mark is a master of timing, the play moves fast but he somehow slips in asides to the audience, all while jumping between very specific characters. With a core story about acceptance, and a finale that made my face hurt from smiling so much, I can't recommend this show enough. ... full review

Mark manages to crack me the fuck up repeatedly (I'm talking keeling over in my seat, crying laughing) AND reflect on deep truths about what it means to love myself and others authentically. His energy is unparalleled by any other performer I've ever seen. It's clear he's whip smart, has done "the work" in therapy, and is a seasoned performer that makes the audience feel so at home. 10/10 would recommend seeing this show multiple times since it's so juicy and entertaining!... full review

Mark Pleases You is a hilarious, touching, and very real story about personal growth and the importance of listening to your needs. I laughed a ton and definitely learned some things about myself. Great characters, engaging story, superb acting, and Mark's ability to improvise and run with the punches when reacting to tech issues or the audience makes everything even funnier.
