What I liked
The writing is fantastic. The show exemplifies what it is like to be a young adult with big dreams, and the immense anxieties we often hide that these big dreams entail. Theatre people, especially former theatre kids and theatre educators will find this piece endearing and relatable. The environment created by the lighting, set, and costumes are genuinely so on point and get you right where you need to be to go in this journey. The story is cathartic and just unbelievably whacky and human! So good!
What I didn't like
The audience. It needs to be bigger! Because Everyone should see this!! ❤️❤️
My overall impression
this was hands down one of the best pieces of theatre I have ever see. Jill is magnetic, grounded, honest, and hilarious in this one woman masterpiece. Her stamina and clever mind astonish me! She is going places and I am just honored to have gotten in on the ground floor of her fan club !
