This musical was such a clever and unique hybrid of story-telling, animation, and modern music! Add in one TREMENDOUS leading lady, a few note-worthy ensemble performances, some fun interpretative dancing, appropriate, period-esque costuming, gorgeous lighting and inventive mask-work and you have a truly inventive Fringe show!! Legendary Patti Smith music for a Rock Opera telling of the mythic story of Cassandra? Yes, please!
I love the concept and hope this initial implementation will be further refined. I found myself a bit distracted from the story because of versions more familiar where Apollo was the rapist rather than the lover. The love story made for a happy ending but May have lost some of the impact of Cassandra’s story.

The show was visually stunning, both with respect to the costumes and the choreography. Director Kelly McMahon is a master at using a variety of media to delight the senses and this show was a shinning example of that - spoken word, dance, music, video....

It has soooo much potential!
Could compete with the likes Hades Town, Rock of Ages and Aida if the production really leaned into the “higher concept” it hints at.

The music of Patti Smith was a highlight of this show, with the actors all well accomplished in belting with attitude. Loved the Greek chorus masks! Great choreography and a fun way to learn a bit about Greek mythology....
