What I liked
I adored the in-your-face hilarity, raw honesty, the unexpected tender moments of questioning life decisions, and also, the utter absurdity that ensued. It never gets old watching a great performer really go “all-in” with committing to each moment (be it the physical comedy or the gut-punching sadness). What a solo show!!
What I didn't like
I’m wondering if the self-admitted cleanliness habits/tendencies/preferences could have been explored more to help with a few of the transitions. Just a thought…
My overall impression
Bring on the DILDOS and JIZZ and while you’re at it, you might as well sit yourself down for some of the most heartfelt and hysterical performing you are in for at this year’s Fringe festival! What Michael shares is quite the journey for a hot, twenty-something gay man looking to experience life post-break-up! It proves to be rough, smooth, fun and even painful, but then again, sex can be all of these things as well. He isn’t shy to share and you shouldn’t be shy to go watch this physical craftsman do his thing!
