What I liked
The performers were talented and all had good stage presence. I really liked the musical selection and how the story unfolded. The cast was diverse and inclusive.
What I didn't like
I’d like to see the future iterations of this production :)
My overall impression
CalArts students created a play which was both entertaining and meaningful. They all had fun on stage and told their stories. It was obvious that Chacha mixed her college experiences with the current anti-Asian sentiment in the US to flesh out this story. Congrats to yall.
