What I liked

Tony is obviously a seasoned performer with a ton of experience telling jokes, and it makes his presence on stage completely effortless. His laid back, easy approach is like sugar helping the his hard scrabble experiences go down. You’ll walk away looking at LA, homelessness, and living here a little differently. Most of us would not want to live through what Tony has lived through, but it’s his ability to come through it and vulnerably share it with candor and smile that make him a Fringe sweetheart.

What I didn't like

I’d like to see him eat more stuff out of that dumpster.

My overall impression

The perfect Hollywood Fringe show! Tony has this city in his bones and it shows up on stage. Whether he’s talking about downtown, the subway, or the open mics, this show is a love letter to the Los Angeles that doesn’t get a lot of love. Considering how hard his life has been, his show is blast. It’s hilarious, it’s sweet, and it’s one of a kind.
