What I liked

Samantha is a wonderful performer and writer. Watching her perform, you can’t help but want to be her friend. Her perspective is so precise and unique, and it encouraged me to think about grief in new ways. Stunning work!

My overall impression

Funny, soulful, and deeply intentional, this show is a painful and necessary catharsis. Samantha is spellbinding and so full of heart. Her voice is crystal clear and her presence is captivating. I feel grateful to have seen such a raw and powerful work. This is not an easy watch, particularly for those who relate to the mental health struggles discussed in the show— but Samantha does a wonderful job of shepherding us through difficult moments and ends on an encouraging and beautiful note.
