This show needs to be seen by every 20-something creative new to the industry. I seriously think Lisa needs to bring this to colleges, especially acting schools. It will save a lot of eager hopefuls (like myself) from being hurt by preying creeps!! ... full review

Lisa's performance was infectious, powerful, funny, charming and vulnerable. She swept us away into song, and kept us on the edge of our seats as she told the stories of dealing with the casting couch creeps of Hollywood as she was pursuing acting as a young woman in Hollywood. ... full review

Although I am not an actress and never experience the "casting couch", Lisa's experiences are so relatable. From naivete to resounding womanhood, Lisa owns the stage and makes us all laugh in spite of the painful realities that woman in Hollywood and beyond face.... full review

I really enjoyed the show and thought the Barbie dolls used throughout added a lot of comic relief! Loved hearing about the famous people! Loved her coming of age candor. Delightful, heartfelt and fun.... full review

As one might expect from any piece that explores what it means to be a young actress in Hollywood there are some salacious stories shared here but all of them only serve to illustrate what it must have felt like to be the subject of these misadventures and we only learn the names of two out of the three [let's just call them] culprits in final moments that underscore just how overdue change really is in the entertainment industry. Throughout, Ms. Verlo shape shifts into different characters and makes great use of Barbie and Ken in videos that complete the experience and highlight the funnier beats. She successfully poses questions about the way we assess and label female sexuality by examining her own experiences and yes, digs a little bit... full review

A cautionary tale, shared with humor and wisdom, for anyone who has dream. One woman's story of navigating her way through all the "I can make you a star" offers, which always come with strings attached. Plus, a little celebrity gossip!... full review
