The connective tissue between the musical numbers is not there, which leaves the viewer with questions in terms of character motivation and story flow. Right now this feels like a work-in-progress. It felt more like an experience than a story, something plucked out of a memory. I felt it was a deeply personal story that I wish the performance shed more light on. There were many bright moments between the characters and the music was well intentioned but felt a bit repetitive. I think this was a great start to getting a powerful message out the world....
