It’s really fucking funny. Especially the vibey improv bits — the cast thrives when they get to be responsive.
What I didn't like
Some of the more choreographed moments didn’t totally track for me. Wasn’t much of a detraction though, still had a blast.
My overall impression
What a gem of a show! So playful, so funny. Great ensemble chemistry — I’m a big fan of the minimalistic dynamic in which the cast conveys so much together while saying so little. Also loved how each performer was basically operating at 2 clown/meta character “levels” — the clown they’re supposed to be playing, and the clown performer. So glad I got to catch this.
